Highline Office

Serving as an on-site sales office for condos in the HL23 Tower by Architect Neil Denari, this temporary structure was cleverly created from a 40ft shipping container. A clean and minimal recluse from the surrounding construction commotion, we were tasked with the design, specification, and construction of a space with two core goals; showcase the tower and facilitate sales.

The first was met by replacing one end of the shipping container with an expansive pane of glass, offering impressive views of the emerging building. Inside, an interactive model of the tower served as the showroom’s centerpiece, with custom sample display fixtures and walls adorned with architectural sketches. Meanwhile, sales essentials such as printers, promotional brochures, and beverage-making facilities were discreetly hidden from view in sleek floor-to-ceiling storage units.
